Hi!
I am Isabella Thermes, an Italian born illustrator, visual artist and graphic novelist currently living in Dublin. I also go by the nickname of Tokki.
Few things about me
Some of my work has been featured in Creative Quarterly Magazine, American Illustration, SILA West.
I have worked at private commissions and I am open to new, interesting collaborations.
A recent interest in printmaking has prompted a line of work for gallery exhibitions and the integration of printmaking in my digital work (especially for new textures).
I have held my first solo exhibition in 2016, to which followed collective exhibitions in Berlin and Madrid.
I am passionate about producing original, creative content in the shape of visual storytelling, I wrote and illustrated my first graphic novel, 'The Human Heart' (mixed media) in 2019.
I am currently working on a new graphic novel project and a new comic.
Along with that, I am planning illustrations for some short stories I have written.
At present I am busy exploring and developing new skills in graphic design to integrate into my practice.
